How to Convince Andrej Karpathy to join my startup?
I was wondering how to convince Andrej Karpathy or some really accomplished technological free electron kingpins to join your startup. Did anyone do this or whats the process you followed to make this happen? Really want to find out!
Money and status should work.
find them and offer them an intellectual pursuit combined with lots of cash that they cannot ignore. i wonder what it is your startup does that would be so interesting someone who can think about whatever they want would think about whatever you want them to instead.
How much money and stock do you have to offer?
I'm talking over $20M+ minimum.
